Yes, It’s true, you can create an Email with Domain name for free. However nothing is free in this world. If you have domain than you must have a hosting too.
Most of the Hosting providers offer Free Email. But How to get a free email domain from Web Hosting provider.

Simply one’s after creating Email with domain name, you can use it with your Gmail. You can send and receive, email just into your Gmail box.

How to create an Email with domain Name for free through C-Panel
I have Namecheap shared hosting with C-panel. If you have other webhosting no problem process is same.
First login to your web hosting account or you can directly access to c-panel with your user name and password.
As I am having Namecheap web-hosting I would go with it.
As I have log-into my web hosting. I would click on Dashboard.
Go to your Primary Domain. Click on dropdown Icon. then click the errow beside ‘Manage’. Here it is your Cpanel. click on it.
Yes, you are into your c-panel. drop down a little and click on Email Accounts.
Once you click it. you will see your available custom email with domain name if you have created earlier. Now we would create a new Business Email. Click on Create Button
In Next window choose your domain name.
Domain name would we your prefix. Like I want to create ‘anurag.bloggingpixel.com’
In window right your suffix. as I am using my name.
you can use any thing. Let me suggest you some email domain name example.
choose your password or generate it.
Select unlimited space.
Tick the following
- automatically create folder
- send a welcome email with instructions
Now choose create
Note:- Once you generate your password. note down it, as it will be used in the process later.
That’s it, you have successfully created your Business email with your domain name.
Now it’s time to excess the email box.
click on the check email corresponding to business email.
Once you hit it. In the next window you have to choose any application out of roundcube and horde. I prefer roundcube. choose and click it.
This is the Inbox. here you would receive a welcome email. with this Email box you would be able to receive and send email.
But the issue is you have to excess to your C-panel to see your incoming email. and It is quite cumbersome.
What is the solution.
The solution is we would forward this custom email to our gmail. All incoming email would first come into this inbox and then forward to your Gmail inbox.
Apart from it you also would be able to send email with your business email name just from your Gmail account.
Isn’t it exciting.
Now let’s learn whole process step by step
How to Forward Email domain to Gmail
Open the welcome email. Here you can see your username, incoming server and outgoing server detail.
Note:- Always use Secure SSL settings to forward domain email to gmail.
Now let’s start our process. go to your gmail account click on geat icon and choose setting.
In next window choose ‘Account and Import’ option.
Drop down a little and choose ‘Add another email address’ in ‘Send mail as’ section.
In next window, Enter the name enter your Domain Name and business email addres into it and click ‘Next Step’
In this window enter outgoing server detail. All information is provided in the welcome email your received from c-panel.
enter outgoing SMTP server, user name and password you noted down earlier. choose secured connection and hit ‘Add Account’ option.
Choose port 465 as given in outgoing server detail. you would choose your your receive in welcome email.
Once you click Add account you would receive an email into your c-panel inbox with a confirmation code.
Note:- you can choose enter the confirmation code or just click on the confirmation link. I chose confirmation code.
click verify, that’s it. Now you are able to send Email with your business email directly from gmail account. To confirm check your email in ‘send mail as’ option under ‘Accounts and import’ section of your gmail account.
Now it’s time to setup Incoming server to forward all incoming email to gmail. choose ‘check mail from other accounts’ and click ‘Add a mail account’ option.
Note:- you can tick ‘Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server’. a copy of your incoming message would also be in their c-panel inbox.
That’s it you have successfully forward incoming and outgoing server to your gmail account.
Check your Gmail Account and Import section to check whether your business email is shown under ‘send mail as’ and ‘check mail from other accounts’ section.
Now you can compose email with your business email directly from your Gmail Compose section like this.
